Job Summary
The Business Analyst, as part of the Program Management Office (PMO) Team, plays a key role in collaborating with business stakeholders refine reporting requirements, developing report mock-ups and proof of concepts to facilitate a seamless hand-off to the Business Intelligence (BI) development team. Additionally, the Business Analyst tests reports and dashboards from a business perspective, ensuring content accuracy, usability, and data quality. The Business Analyst also performs ad-hoc queries on semantic models to resolve business questions and issues, providing responsive insights and data-driven support to the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate and consult with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements
Develop report mock-ups and proof of concepts to facilitate effective hand-offs to the Business Intelligence (BI) development team
Provide feedback on layout, visualization types, and overall presentation to ensure that dashboards meet business requirements
Test reports and dashboards to validate content accuracy, usability, and data quality from a business perspective
Gather feedback from end-users to continuously refine and improve reports and dashboards
Perform ad-hoc data queries on semantic models to address business questions and resolve issues
Organize and conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure users are confident in using the reports and dashboards
